The Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2026 mega auction witnessed high-voltage bidding as Indian all-rounder Deepti Sharma emerged as the costliest player, securing a record ₹3.2 crore deal with the UP Warriorz. Her strong domestic and international performances triggered an aggressive bidding war, ultimately making her the headline acquisition of the season.

The WPL 2026 season is set to kick off on January 9 and will conclude on February 5, 2026, promising a month of top-tier cricket showcasing both emerging talent and global stars.

The participating franchises in the WPL 2026 auction were:
