Chargesheet details Pakistan-backed conspiracy; LeT and TRF arraigned as legal entities

Investigating agencies have filed a comprehensive chargesheet in the Pahalgam terror case, naming three dead terrorists, the Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), and two local operatives for their alleged roles in planning and executing the attack.

The chargesheet lays out the Pakistan-sponsored conspiracy, detailing the operational roles of the accused, the network of local support, and corroborating evidence including digital trails, financial links, and logistical coordination. Authorities have also arraigned LeT and The Resistance Front (TRF) as legal entities, holding them accountable for directing and facilitating the terror strike.

Officials said the filing underscores a clear chain of command and cross-border linkage, strengthening the prosecution’s case against the banned outfits and their local collaborators.
